Meditation Class

Are you interested in meditation to help you live a healthier life?

Mediation has many benefits.  It is an effective way to manage pain, stress, depression, addictions and so much more.  There are many types of meditation out there and it can be quite overwhelming.  Fellowship of Health offers introduction to meditation classes.  Meditations will be centered around a health topic and will include a discussion on the science behind the practice.

Please show up at least 5 minutes prior to find your seat and prevent disrupting the class once it begins.
